每月在深圳举办一期神秘顾客认证班，小班制教学，手把手实操，两天一晚，第一天主要以理论为主，第二天以实操+认证为主。合格颁发《神秘顾客资格证书》（中级），优秀学员颁发《神秘顾客资格证书》（高级）。未来加入“世界神秘顾客联盟”组织，联盟会根据学员所在地实际业务情况，有偿派发神秘顾客暗访业务，可以实现第二职业职业，择业自由。
