该服务包含两个阶段，初轮阶段，我司将根据酒店定位帮助贵司3家酒店管理品牌，双方相互考察。帮助贵司对酒店品牌合作协议（MOU）进行价格谈判，第二阶段，就酒店未来经营的合同条款（酒店经营中业主和酒店管理公司合作细则）进行谈判。本服务旨在在甘涌酒店研究院超过30年的行业专业积累上，帮助业主和酒店管理公司签署平等，互利的合作协议，同时在未来酒店经营期中，确保业主的利益。
