甘涌酒店研究院将以“先暗访”、“后明查”的方式，对开业中酒店进行一次全方位的“望、问、听、切”式的体检。

暗访主要以检查酒店安全保障、服务规范、清洁卫生、硬件设施等方面检查为主，全面从宾客四个需求的核心感知点：安全、舒适、卫生、服务来评核。

明查主要以工作记录、运营合规性、管理人员胜任力等方面来全面评核，真正找出目前现存的核心问题。

The inspection mainly comprehensively evaluates the records of various departments, the compliance of daily operations, and the competence of management personnel, so as to truly find out the core problems currently existing.
